“Marketing must sell certainty, not concrete.”
01 · The challenge
GharBanwao had eight-plus years, 190+ delivered projects and happy customers. Its website was dated, its social presence irregular, and its proof never made it into its marketing. The brand looked smaller than the business.
02 · The insight
The biggest asset is proof; the biggest gap is making it visible. And no Lucknow builder owns construction education.
The work was amplification, not reinvention: 190 projects are a content library waiting to be used. And there was an open lane. Nobody in Lucknow teaches what a house really costs, how quality gets checked, or how the process works. Building a home is a family’s biggest decision, so the marketing has to sell certainty, not concrete.
03 · The system I built
- 01A seven-touchpoint brand audit, a SWOT, and a competitor matrix against both local contractors and national branded players
- 02Customer psychology mapped to the four fears that block the decision: overcharging, delay, hidden quality cuts, contractors who disappear
- 03A positioning statement and a three-tier service ladder: entry (lead magnet), core (revenue), premium (margin)
- 04Five content pillars and a 30-day calendar with four signature series: Site Diaries, Before & After, Cost Breakdown, Architect Explains
- 05Five channels feeding one pipeline, WhatsApp automation, and a six-category referral partner network
- 06A 30 / 60 / 90-day → 12-month roadmap and a KPI dashboard
