AESTHEOS
Brand & Go-to-Market Blueprint · pre-launch · 25 pages
“Optimise for the chair, not the form fill.”
01 · The challenge
Aestheos had something most clinics never get: a complete brand before the first patient walked in. Logo, palette, collateral, templates, all done. What it didn’t have was proof. Premium pricing demands evidence, and the clinics it would compete with already had hundreds of reviews. Opening cold meant competing on an empty profile.
02 · The insight
The compliant path and the differentiated path are the same path. Lead with restraint and education.
Every competitor promises more: more filler, more whitening, more grafts. Aestheos would promise the right amount, and be the clinic that says “you don’t need that.” Indian medical advertising rules push hard against before/afters, superlatives and guarantees, which forces you toward education and doctor-led explanation. That happens to be exactly the empty space in Lucknow aesthetics.
03 · The system I built
- 01A T−90 pre-launch runway with a mandatory soft launch, so proof exists before the first rupee of ad spend
- 02A five-stage paid funnel. Conversion ads never run to cold traffic in a high-consideration category
- 03Meta to create demand, Google Search to capture it, Google Business Profile as the quiet winner, YouTube for long-form trust
- 04Six patient personas, each with its own trigger, blocker and entry service
- 05A three-studio value ladder (Smile · Skin · Hair), designed so nobody’s first purchase is their largest
- 06An advertising-compliance operating brief with a dated approval log
- 07A nine-moment patient-experience SOP, from the first WhatsApp reply to the review request
- 08A 30-day content engine batch-produced in two shoot days a month
