Marketing & Growth Strategy · 90-day roadmap · 20 pages · 2026

“Anyone can decorate an event. Very few can execute experiences people remember.”

01 · The challenge

Hundreds of “event managers” operate in Lucknow. Most are decorators and tent-house operators with new Instagram handles, competing on quotations. Amaze had two decades of real execution behind it: crowds in the tens of thousands, state-level political events, Bollywood launches. None of that was turning into a predictable pipeline.

02 · The insight

Lucknow’s event market is crowded but not competitive. Premium clients are short on accountability, not options.

Premium clients in Lucknow don’t lack options. They lack someone who takes ownership of the outcome. The opening is a brand that sells execution, not arrangement. So the strategy doesn’t try to win on price. It uses the credibility gap that a first-time decorator can’t close.

03 · The system I built

  • 01Four persona-specific campaigns (premium weddings, strategy consultation, family milestones, Gen Z). Never one “general” campaign
  • 02Buying-intent targeting only: specific brands, venues and life-stages. Never “events” or “weddings”, which pull in vendors and job-seekers
  • 03Reels and Feed only. Stories removed, because they generate impulse, low-intent DMs
  • 04A WhatsApp keyword qualifier in every CTA (“type WEDDING”) that filters low-intent traffic before it reaches sales
  • 05A five-question qualification call with a deliberately high target disqualification rate
  • 06A paid consultation “door” that filters tyre-kickers and adjusts against the final invoice
  • 07A two-hour speed-to-lead rule, WhatsApp auto-replies and a lightweight CRM stack
